What does Lizarte do and sell?

What is the difference between remanufacturing and repairing?

Remanufacturing involves a complete industrial process: receiving, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, replacement of worn components, reassembly and 100% functional testing. It goes well beyond a simple one-off repair.

How can I buy from Lizarte?

Lizarte sells through professional distributors and parts specialists. If you are a workshop, contact your usual parts supplier. If you are a distributor, you can request access to our professional catalogue.

Can I search for parts by registration number or VIN?

Lizarte’s website allows searches by registration number and returns all available references for that vehicle. Searching by VIN/chassis number has an important limitation: the VIN uniquely identifies the vehicle, but outside the original manufacturer’s systems, those data are not fully available. Industry platforms such as TecDoc only identify the engine variant, without the level of detail available, for example, in an authorised dealer’s internal system.

This has a real practical consequence: the same vehicle may have up to four different variants of the same part (with Servotronic, without Servotronic, with variable steering, with lane-change assist, etc.). If the parts distributor or workshop does not know exactly which configuration the specific vehicle has, there is a risk of ordering the wrong variant. We recommend verifying the exact specifications before placing the order.

What certifications does Lizarte hold?

Lizarte is certified to IATF 16949, the automotive industry quality standard used at original-equipment manufacturer (OEM/OE) level. In addition, 100% of production is tested under real operating conditions before being placed on the market.

Does Lizarte also supply vehicle manufacturers (OEM/OES)?

Yes. Lizarte has the technical capabilities to supply components both to the aftermarket and directly to OEM/OES manufacturers.

Does Lizarte have a printed catalogue?

Lizarte offers a complete digital catalogue available via the website, TecDoc and TecCom. Professional distributors also have access to a private area with extended information on references, stock and OEM/OES cross-references.

Lizarte provides specialist technical support via WhatsApp and telephone to resolve questions concerning installation, compatibility and diagnostics. The Technical Support team is made up of specialists in automotive mechatronics.
